Musaab Al-Muhaidib

Chairman
Musaab Al-Muhaidib is the Chairman of Masdar, the leading building & construction materials company in Saudi Arabia since 2019, he is the Chief Executive Officer of Entertainment Ventures at Al-Muhaidib Group and was the General Manager of Masdar Technical Supplies & Masdar Building Materials. He is an active board member at Al-Muhaidib Group, and chairman of Seedra Ventures, Ebda Entertainment, Goldman Sachs Saudi Arabia, and Endeavor. He is a board member at Tasnee, Shaker Group, Dur Hospitality, Middle East Paper Co. and few other public and private companies. He was elected as a board member of Riyadh Chamber of Commerce in Feb. 2020. Musaab earned his Executive MBA from University of Liverpool, UK in 2008 and his dual BSc in Business Administration (major in Finance) 1996 – 1999 University of Miami, Florida, USA.

Raed Al-Mudaiheem

Vice Chairman
Diversified Engineering & Managerial experience covering more than 25 years in both public and private sectors. In the beginning of his career he worked in diversified engineering activities within Power and Water sectors, then moved to private sector and acquired vast experience in building materials (trading and manufacturing), namely steel, cement, and timber manufacturing. Mr. Raed Al-Mudaiheem holds a Bachelor and master degree in Electrical Engineering from King Saud University since 1986. He joined A.K. Al-Muhaidib & Sons in 1997 as General Manager of Al Muhaidib Building Materials and became Managing Director in 2005. Currently he holds the position as Deputy Chairman of the Board in Masdar, the leading building materials company in Saudi Arabia. Moreover, Mr. Raed is currently a board member of affiliated companies such as Saudia Catering, Riyadh Cable, Suez Cement, Bawan Company, as Chairman of United Mining Industries, and as Vice Chairman for North Region Cement, Yamamah Steel and Al Badia Cement.

Isam Al-Muhaidib

Board Member
Isam is Vice President of Industrial & Infrastructure Investments at AK Al Muhaidib & Sons Group, a position he has held since 2009. He was CEO of Giant Stores from 2003 to 2009, and General Manager of Dar Al Mareta from 1999 since 2003. He is boards of members of Mayar Foods, Masdar Building Materials, Azizia Panda United, where he is also Chairman of the Audit Committee. Since 2012, he has been a director of Dar Al Zahrawi Medical and a member of the Executive Committee of Zuhoor Al Reef. Isam has attended a number of executive educational programs from international institutions and institutes in the field of business and trade, most notably INSEAD which developed his leadership knowledge and skills. Isam has a MSc in Industrial Engineering University of Texas in 1996. He obtained a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, University of Texas in the year 1995.

Feras Al-Baiyat

Board Member
Feras joined AK Al Muhaidib & Sons Group in 2013 and is a Portfolio Manager leading Group building materials and contracting investments. Prior to this he was management consultancy Booz & Company from 2011-2013, and a Project Engineering with Saudi Aramco from 2003-2011. Feras is a Board member of Masdar Building Materials, Muheel Facilities Management Co., and Arnon Plastics Company. Feras possesses high leadership skills in addition to financial planning skills and the development and implementation of businesses with high strategic visions. Mr. Feras holds BSc in Electrical Engineering from Colorado School of Mines and Master’s in business administration from the London Business School.

Vasco Litchfield

Chief Executive Officer

Vasco is a Managing Director at Lazard, joining the firm in 2004. He Co-Heads of the Building Materials and Distribution Group at Lazard.

Based in London he advises clients on all matters corporate finance, with specific expertise on Mergers & Acquisitions. His clients vary from stock listed companies to private capital; from family enterprises to Government run businesses. He has advised clients across the globe.

An Anglo-Brazilian, the majority of his studies were in the UK. He is also a Trustee of a children’s charity, All Child. He is a Board member of Masdar Building Materials.

Renier Lemmens

Board Member

With extensive experience within the digital and payments industry in three continents, Renier has broad experience and insight in digital innovation and hyper-growth companies.

Renier served until recently as Group CEO of Geidea, following his tenure as independent director on the Geidea board. He was responsible for driving Geidea’s growth across the region, strengthening its strategic partnerships within the region’s payments and financial networks, as well as spearheading the company’s expansion into the UAE and Egypt.

Renier was also a Board Member of Revolut, and still serves as Chairman of Divido and TransferGo, London-based Fintechs. Over the last decade he served as NED or Chair of a dozen Fintechs. He was also a partner with McKinsey & Company in London, New Delhi, and San Francisco. He is a Professor of Fintech and Innovation at the London Institute of Banking and Finance. His past roles include serving as the CEO of PayPal Europe, Middle East, and Africa – and COO for Barclays International Retail and Commercial Banking.

He holds a Master of Science (MSc) with distinction in Computer Science as well as an MBA with Distinction from INSEAD, France.

Peter Moeller

Seasoned Executive & Strategic Leader
Peter Moeller is a seasoned executive and strategic leader with over 25 years of global experience across various industries, including construction materials, manufacturing, and distribution. He has successfully led large-scale business transformations, driving restructuring, M&A activities, and turnaround strategies for both publicly listed and private companies. Peter’s operational expertise, combined with his strong focus on governance and risk management, is an invaluable asset for the guidance on complex strategic initiatives.
Having lived and worked in 9 countries across 4 continents, Peter brings a truly international perspective to his leadership approach. His deep understanding of competitive global markets and his ability to navigate cultural, social, and business dynamics are complemented by his exceptional people management skills and his customer-centric approach to business. Currently, Peter is the CEO and Managing Director of Saint-Gobain Nordics & Baltic (July 2021 – Present) and oversees a multi-billion Euros operation across 14,000 employees in the Nordic and Baltic regions, with responsibilities including both distribution and industrial activities.

Faisal Al-Muhaidib

Chief Executive Officer
Faisal is the CEO of Masdar, the leading building materials company in Saudi Arabia since 2019, prior to that he was general manager at Masdar Technical Supplies and Masdar Hardware. He is an active board member at several companies in the region.
Faisal has 20 years’ operational experience in Building Material Trading, Distribution & Industrial roles, in addition to various Portfolio management positions in Saudi Arabia and the region.
He earned his Executive MBA from INSEAD Business School in 2017 and his dual BBA in Economics & Finance from Tennessee State University in 2001.
