Masdar Factory is considered one of the pioneers in the field of cutting and slitting coils ( HR , CR , GI .Checker PLATE coils ) , as it is distinguished by the latest machines, high quality in cutting and slicing, extremely accurate measurements,and a large production capacity in thousands of tons per month.
COLD ROLL FORMING ( Reinforcement Steel Bars)
Factory’s cold rolling department owns a high-speed double-block cold rolling line from top European machinery manufacturers where we can manufacture rebar coils and straight rebars up to (6mm-12mm).
We use all modern PLCs to gradually reduce the diameter of rolled steel while increasing tensile strength,
dimensional accuracy and standard rib configuration. This is necessary to improve the bond strength of the
construction, and results in maintaining tensile strength. The engineering technology used in Rolling Cassette steel
rolling includes alternate measurements and consistency in product quality to ensure reliability and value.
WIRE MESH
One of the main important manufactures in Masdar factory is welded wire mesh products. It is equipped
with a state-of-the-art welding machine that produces high-quality products in adherence to both local and international guidelines for manufacturing welded wire mesh. Our welding machine can customize both the size and properties of welded wire mesh. Welded wire mesh is made of high-quality steel wire through a preprogrammed and automated process using complex welding techniques. This produces a mesh with precise
dimensional control.
CUT & BEND
Our cut & bend plant aims to provide cost effective and high-quality solutions to our clients in the construction world. The Cut & Bend Division is equipped with advanced technologies like high tech robots that cut and bend the steel with accuracy and considering minimal amount of wastage. With the help of the latest and innovative top range computer-controlled shear cutting machine, robotic double benders (Positive & Negative), Single benders, and Stirrups machines, we can cut and bend bars of all diameters from 8 mm to 40 mm. Also, using the high-tech machines, we can bend steel or stirrups to any geometrical shape at an accuracy of +/-1 degree.
